About Us

Megan Rutledge is the owner of Extended Reach.  Extended Reach’s monthly publication features content focused on the development of Real Estate in Florida.  This platform is designed for real estate professionals who have a focused interest in real estate of all kinds along with food, events, locations, cities, and people. 

 

She was in Commercial Real Estate for 3 years doing leasing for grocery-anchored shopping centers.  She is passionate about helping other Commercial Real Estate professionals complete more real estate transactions and does this by creating over 15,000 leads for Extended Reach.  She has engaged a 40-year commercial real estate professional to mentor her in the process.  They have teamed up with a nationally known web and marketing company  ElephantMark, and its owner Joe Maguire, to do something fresh and fun and productive. 

Megan is a graduate of UNF.  She has lived in Orlando before relocating to Bradenton and has experience working in the Miami market, and is actively engaged in local agricultural and community-based events.
